Welcome Cafe — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

This is great cafe to have a quick snack. We had their chowmin, spring rolls and coffee. All of them were good but the chowmin was really great. Their prices are a tad bit overpriced but in a tourist place this is expected.

The service was prompt and they are open to give suggestions on what else to try in the market.

The only suggestion I would give is to give actual ceramic cups for coffee instead of paper cups while having a dine in experience as paper cups slightly take away from the...

We visited the cafe recently But my experience was not good at all We ordered Veg momos but they tasted very bad and when we tried to convey it to them, their staff was very rude and non cooperative . Their behaviour was quite unacceptable I mean I will go for negative marking for their service (not even zero for their behaviour) Other dishes were however satisfactory But their poor service was extremely cruel ...will make sure not to visit there again and won't recommend...
