The Grand Chetna used to be one of my favorite places, but lately, the experience has gone downhill. The staff and receptionist behavior have become quite unprofessional ā they seem disinterested and often rude when asked simple questions. Long waiting queues make it even more frustrating, and thereās barely any proper management to handle the rush.
With the increase in popularity, the quality has definitely dropped. The taste that once made this place stand out feels bland and inconsistent now. Food portions seem smaller, and service has become much slower.
