Burger Singh — Restaurant in Jhansi

I recently visited Burger Singh, Jhansi, expecting a decent experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be highly disappointing. The service was not just slow, but the staff displayed unprofessional and rude behaviour, making the entire visit frustrating.

Rude & Unresponsive: The staff members were inattentive and acted as if they were doing the customers a favor by serving food. When I asked about the gulaabo(beverage), I was met with dismissive responses, eye rolls and saying it was not available but, gulaabo is available in Swiggy which is delivered to me by the same story, apart from the availability of gulaabo one of the staff members say you can't drink here I don't know the reason behind all but Unprofessional Attitude: Even basic courtesy like greeting customers or apologizing was missing. The cashier was busy on the phone, and the kitchen staff seemed uninterested in their work. Overall the food quality is not good and overpriced.

My experience at Burger Singh, Jhansi, was one of the worst I have had at a fast-food chain. Poor customer service, rude behaviour, lack of cleanliness, and low food quality made it a terrible visit. Nice place with cherish decoram and it's location is enough good. There are so many restorents on BKD Square road to take a bite but they have a large menu for veg and nonveg lovers too. it has a short distance from vmart.their Burger is delicious and pocket friendly.must visit place to din in atleast once. Behaviour of the staff was nice and the restaurant has a peaceful environment.if you want to celebrate special occasion you have to check this restaurante like birthday anniversary,office parties and other friendly tafari..I ordered only vegetarian things because I'm vegetarian...

I ordered chicken snacker burger combo offer.. the patty looked raw and tasted bad as if it was not cooked properly.. felt like eating half cooked chicken.. totally unsatisfied.. it was my first ever order I was hoping for some quality food but shit happened.. the packaging and everything was good but it's not veg it's meat and meat needs to be cooked properly.. I guess that's why people prefer KFC burgers over everything else.. quality...
