Purchased 5 kg sonbarfi during raksha bandhan time in 2019, there a small pieces of hair was found in between of sonbarfis almost in all boxes of sweets when opened as three boxes were sended to delhi and two boxes were kept at home. When complain was made with proof instead of acceppting their mistake owner start mocking infront of other customers and said you might have done by your own or it might be workers mistake while preparing sweet they would have forgotten to wear cap.
