KFC — Restaurant in Jhansi

I'll put it in points from my way in to way out : (Considering I went to visit on Sunday) The entrance was fully congested with customers and staff. There were no rope borders used thus there were no fixed lines. Too much time was taken to take orders and the staff was undermanned, unprofessional and at times impolite. The order took so long to be served, it was cold when it reached us. They were not clear regarding what was on the menu and eventually an incomplete order was served. Today evening around 8:30pm I was here with family and some local guys sitting my opposite direction and one guy looking at me and teasing me and giving me some face expression like ( let's go ) kinda and I said what's the matter and I feel like I'm not safe and we have kinda argument but their KFC staff are just simply looking and keeping quiet.
