People who serve are nice but they need to spend on ingredients and hire a skilled chef. The current one is doing a lousy job (to say the least).

Mutton bhuna looked and tasted like subzi; they actually suggested that as a starter when one mutton starter I ordered was on not there as it was permanently discontinued (but not removed from the menu) and the other was temporarily unavailable.

The mushroom starter looked really good but the tangy taste overpowered everything.

A veggie starter nearly had no veggie… mainly had thick hung curd stuffing.

The loaded nachos weren’t loaded with veggies and just had cheese on top and were dry inside. No beans and no thick/yummy sour cream and no veggies/corn except very minute onion pieces that too were scanty.

Two things were good: Gadbad sundae (both times we had it) and the soup with bamboo vinegar.

But guys, people need a decent main course too when they dine out. For the price this place charges, at least they should use better stuff and preparer for the food. How long can one bank only on...

Pathetic Food & pathetic service.. The place is just to visit & take photos.. Seems like they have put all their effort & money in decoration only & forgot about real things like food ,staffs & service.

The ground staff has no idea how to manage customers.. They just take orders & forget.. Will come back after 15-20 min to reconfirm the order.

Servers bringing food & just roaming around having no idea which food they have in their hands..Hence the Food is served cold..

We got our main course after 30mins & even after that it had no salt & totally tasteless.. Dont know from where they have got their chefs , who dnt even care to put salt & spices in the food.. Just taking the universal gravy , topping in the pan & serving.

Same with the soup which was served cold as the staff was just roaming around..

You will have to ask multiple times for little things like tissue paper, salt etc.

Have individual party halls banquets type rooms with different seating arrangements We were a group of 7 members, the theme, sitings and everything was good, staff was attentive, food we should order little early coz it will take time as they will prepare one and serve us. For starters and main course varieties are appreciable but when I ask for mint lime juice after the main course, it's not in the menu.. I was little shocked when I didn't see it as it's my usual after I have lunch or dinner at restaurants, as they have lime soda in menu, I asked the staff just add mint to this and make mint lime for me. But whether the staff is inexperienced or unknown about mint lime he put some mint leaves in it gave me.. I donno what else to say.. it's a cossy restuarant with cozy attire and cossy rates but at the bottom line the serving staff are not well aware about some simple things when I had...
