Burger Singh — Restaurant in Jodhpur

I recently visited Burger Singh and had a disappointing experience. Here are the issues I encountered:

Burger Box Labeling: The type of burger was not mentioned on the box, which made it difficult to identify my order.

Cold Coffee Issue: The cold coffee was poorly prepared. Half of the bottle was filled with froth, leaving only half of the actual drink.

Fries Quality: The fries were not crunchy at all, which was quite unsatisfactory.

Customer Feedback Handling: There was a person, who seemed to be the owner, dressed casually. She continuously tried to cover up the issues by showing me recordings of their preparation. It felt as if they thought I was lying for personal gain, while I was simply providing honest feedback about my experience.

Overall, my visit was far from enjoyable, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve...

I’ve tried Burger Singh a few times, and honestly, the taste is just average – not too good, not too bad. The seating and atmosphere are nice, and the service deserves 5 stars. It does take some time for the food to arrive, but that’s fine.

What I personally didn’t like is the tangy flavor in the burgers, especially in the non-veg ones. The veg burger combos are good, but the pricing of soft drinks is way too high – paying that much for a Coke just doesn’t feel worth it. The burgers themselves are priced fine.

How could we miss out on the newly opened 'Burger Singh'🍔 in Jodhpur, which is getting a lot of buzz for its Indian flavors. The menu is unlike any other burger joint in Jodhpur, because of Its Indian flavors, ofcourse 🤭and the prices are very pocket-friendly(not even compromised with taste).
