Shubham ModiShubham Modi
I and my wife recently visited Renus Kitchen with high hopes, drawn in by the promise of an unlimited vegetarian buffet in consideration of Rs. 349/- inclusive of all Taxes. Unfortunately, the experience fell drastically short of expectations, with nearly every dish falling into the category of sub-standard and tasteless. Ambiance - The moment I walked into Renus Kitchen, I was struck by the uninspired ambiance. The décor was dull and lacked any personality and the environment did nothing to set the stage for an enjoyable meal fans and AC were also off when we requested the server then only he turned on the AC. At the time of entrance no one was there except us. They didnt even offered wate, we asked them to serve water then they simply put bottle on the table. Buffet Experience - The most critical aspect of any buffet is the quality and taste of the food, and this is where Renus Kitchen completely missed the mark. The buffet offered a wide range of vegetarian dishes, but unfortunately, quantity did not equate to quality. 1. Hot 6 Starters - all the starters were served in buffet steam table and they were neatly organised. Dragon potato was tasteless and soggy. Hara bhara kabab was very hard to break with full of green colour. Grilled potato was also tasteless. Fried rice, manchurian and chowmien were desi Chinese and without any taste. The 6 starters were a disaster. 2. Cold starters 15 - Basic salads were included in cold starters like tomato, onion, lemon, sprouts, cucumber, carrot, green chilli, corn, white and red salad pasta etc 3. soups 2- There were two type of soups they were not appealing thats why we didnt tried. Sweet corn and hot n sour were in the menu. 4. Pizza and Garlic Bread 3 types- plz dont even try them, pizza was burnt with little cheese and garlic bread was also bad. Only one type of pizza was served. 5. Momo and Nachos 3 types - one type of momo was served only and the taste of momo was good having veggies and black pepper but momo chutney was not available. Surprisingly nachos were not available. 6. South Indian 2 types - sambhar was good with drum stick however it was bit sweet. Steamed idli was without salt and very hard, opposite to its basic nature. Chutneys were of Coconut powder not of fresh coconut. 7. Pani puri - served with two types of pani and taste of pani puri was good. But buffet is not meant for pani puri. 8. Main course - The main course selection was extensive, but not a single dish stood out for its taste or quality. The curries were particularly disappointing; they were bland, watery, and lacked the depth of flavor that one expects from Indian cuisine. Panner Sabji was of Average taste, aloo matar gobhi sabji was too bad, corn palak, gatta sabji was like hostel and mess food. Dal fry was average without proper tadka. The bread selection, which included tandoori rotis, was another disappointment. The breads were cold, tough, and far from the soft, warm, and fluffy texture that one expects. However white hot pasta was good in taste. 9. Dessert one time served- lastly we asked the server to serve brownie with icecream but he served only vanilla icecream. When we asked him to serve brownie but he refused to serve and stated that it is available only on Sundays. I told him that on advertisement and menu card it is not mentioned that brownie with icecream is available only on sundays. It is really not about brownie and other things but you are not delivering what you promised. Really disappointing. 10. Service - service at Renus Kitchen left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, with long waits for basic requests like water refills. Plates were not cleared promptly, and there was no effort made to check in on diners or ensure that they were enjoying their meal. The lack of attention from the staff only compounded the overall disappointing experience. Owner an old men was seating on reception is too rude and dont have manners that how to behave with customers. Don't visit such places.

Disappointing Experience at Renu Kitchen I recently visited Renu’s Kitchen, but unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Here are the issues I faced: 1. Poor Response Time: The staff was unresponsive, and it took them a while to attend to our needs. 2. Food Quality: The food was average and didn't meet my expectations. 3. Delayed Service: Our food took longer than expected to arrive, which was frustrating. 4. Cramped Seating: The dining area was small, making it difficult for larger groups to dine together. 5. Inconvenient Layout: The chair and table arrangement made it challenging to navigate through the restaurant, especially when trying to reach our table. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Renu Kitchen. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes necessary improvements.

We were a group of 6, went to have lunch here, the food came, it seemed delicious, after a while a dead cockroach appeared in my plate in 'Chaney ki sabji'. We confronted the owner. The waiter and owner uncle saw it and immediately took away the plate and offered us an alternate choice of sabji. Later, they started misbehaving with us during payment lying that there was no cockroach. We payed the complete bill and left as we dint want to ruin our trip. These guys started charging extra for the alternate sabji that they offered. After serving cockroach, you should have been humble enough to offer the replacement of the same price. Instead they charged more for gatte ki sabji that was offered as replacement. There is no reason for me to lie about my experience and quality of food, we dint take off from the table as we respect the food. Hope renu's kitchen will take this review to improve their services and not otherwise. This review is absolutely meant for...
