Hotel Sai Prasad — Restaurant in Kalyan-Dombivli

My recent lunch visit to Sai Prasad with family turned out to be a mixed experience—while the food had its highlights, the service left a lot to be desired.

We had heard great things about this place, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor—the staff seemed inattentive and slow, despite it being a weekday with only a handful of tables occupied. We had to repeatedly ask for basics like water and salad, which really affected the dining experience. When guests are paying for a meal, attentive service should come standard. Kindly please don't ignore the point and make sure about how you choose the staff, that directly shows the sign of how hospitality it done.

Now, onto the food—the Butter Naan and Tandoori Roti were made exactly as per our preference, and the Paneer Lazeez was flavorful, though the portion size didn’t quite justify the price. The Dal Tadka and Rice combo was simple yet satisfying, a definite highlight of the meal.

One positive note I’d like to end on is about Himanshu, the in-charge, who welcomed us warmly and offered helpful guidance. His hospitality stood out and was appreciated.

Here’s hoping for an improved service experience next time, because the food does...

Yeah... always good..but need changes now it has been years and years now..it should change its Interiors. Must be a bit good lightings...staff has changed but food is ok ok .this time it was so..so...soup was not hot... vegitable Sabji was good...but uneven in stomach so it's less heiginic I felt...last time Sambhar of Dhosa was not hot...so...Now it's quality has become lower than ever... plates changed for pav bhaji...and last time quality of Pav bhaji was not ok.. already it's speciality there of Sai Prasad Hotel still it was not up to the mark..last 2 or 3 times We had it.....it should maintain its quality and heigin and better staff...better lightings... renovation must ... Sorry I have been visiting it often so I feel like sharing the reviews to take attention to its positive changes...ok..Thank you so much for taking positively it will change in the right direction if not then..God bless it's running nicely 🙏🏻😊🌹🎊🎉

6. B for milk based drink (they won't feel authentic, just basic milk with flavour and ice cream)
7. C for food like pizza, frankies and B for others, kinda average(frankly they taste better at domino's and on stalls near colleges)
8. D for waiter awareness, they are kinda slow and won't notice you want a menu until you call them. (Experienced it twice in non-AC, not...
