I ordered the Hot Classic Sauce Chicken Wings, a favourite of mine for years, but after placing the order, I was informed by an employee named Miss Chandni that they were out of stock. I requested a refund to my Domino's wallet, which she hesitated to provide. Despite her saying she would try to resolve it, my order was marked as dispatched, but when it arrived, it was the wrong item. When I called Chandni back, she was unapologetic, hung up on me, and then blocked my number. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Domino's needs to train their staff better, especially in customer service. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be ordering from Domino's again due to this experience and also because of a similar experience which I had just a couple of days back from the same outlet. Also, to Ms. Chandni, as a customer, I deserve respect, not to have my number blocked after raising a concern. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I expect better from someone in your position. Additionally, it’s essential to understand that customers are the ones keeping businesses like Domino’s running. When mistakes are made, your attitude should reflect a commitment to resolving the issue, not dismissing it.

Read moreWe had ordered pizza from this Swaroop Nagar Restaurant on 20/01/2021 of which Order No. is 237|20-01-2021|22:42:03 This order was delivered to us and while consumption of Creamy Tomato Pasta Pizza – Veg, a non edible material (Plastic with sharp edges) was discovered. We immediately reported the incident to the restaurant and we had received call from Mr. Pradip (Kanpur Head) and he informed that our concern was correct and while preparation of Pizza, a part of plastic container of pasta broke and fallen into the pizza which was not monitored by the staff responsible for preparation. The entire incident is captured in CCTV recordings. As regular consumer, we order food from such established brands like Dominos with the belief that we will get hygienic food prepared under supervision of well trained diligent staff which can be consumed by us & our children without any hesitation, but it is really shocking and horrifying for us, and such sheer negligence has made our confidence shaken up.
