Review: Sagar Ratna
I recently visited Sagar Ratna and tried two dosas β the masala dosa and the rawa Mysore paneer dosa. While the masala dosa was genuinely good in taste and lived up to expectations, the experience with the rawa Mysore paneer dosa was quite disappointing, especially considering the price.
Despite paying βΉ325 + GST, the dosa was burnt on the outside and lacked flavor. The texture was off, and it felt like something that was rushed or poorly made. It definitely did not justify the high price tag.
I would not recommend trying any of their Mysore-style or fancy-named dosas β they seem overpriced and underwhelming. Stick to the basics like masala dosa, which seems to be their strength.
