McDonald's — Restaurant in Kanpur

I reside in Mumbai and had come speciality to celebrate my younger brother's birthday here in Kanpur. We took 13 of his friends for lunch and were disappointed by the poor service from the staff. McDonald's has personally been my favorite ever since I was a kid and seeing the state it has become today had me disheartened.

The front staff in the McDonald's store located at the 3rd floor in Z Square Mall is highly arrogant and uncivilized. This gentleman who was taking my order showed me unnecessary attitude while explaining me my order. He sounded highly uninterested in taking the order and above all the 25 mins wait time to just place my order was the cherry on top.

Kindly train your staff well (Particularly the front desk), while I understand customers here in Kanpur are no good either and fail to understand even basic terms like meals and queues. But atleast the staff can reciprocate some kindness to the ones who are polite and patient.

Please work towards streamlining your ordering process, the food gets prepared quick 8/10 times. It's the ordering which takes time and please train your staff in Z Square mall Kanpur to be kind with good and...

Mc Donald’s needs no introductions when it comes to delicious burgers , French fries , Mcpuff and other meal options they have on menu. They have big sitting space and good service in line with other McDonald’s restaurants .Recently they have also started food menu scan from the table where you can place the orders sitting on your respective table by just scanning the menu on your phone so no more standing on the long queues . I found this as a good step as this helps in maintaining the social distancing for those who really care . They have again started the happy meal hence kids are curious to explore the toy of the month and add a new one to their collection . Good staff , great service and...

I think McDonald's should start paying their employees with onions and tomatoes because I don't have it on my burger. Everytime I've got a burger at this outlet I never get onions or tomatoes... also 2 months ago I ordered from this place from zomato and I ordered 3 mcaloo tikki and I got 2 chicken burgers and 3 fries but only got 2 and 4 macpuff and only got 2 and I also had a drink included which never came and I had chosen the option of complementary ketchup and got only 2 pouches of ketchup and when I tried calling these people their no. Was not available and reachable..it was a disabled no. Couldn't contact at all!!!! Neither from Zomato or from Google.. I wish I could give negetive reviews!!! ridiculous It just keeps...
