Big Bollywood Adda — Restaurant in Karnataka

BUNCH OF GOONS RUNNING THIS PLACE!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 Star Rating.

On 21st Sep 2022, 6:45 PM, I entered the Bar. One of the waiters there smiled and welcomed me, seemed like a nice guy. Ambience was good including the music. I told the Waiter that I am expecting 3 friends to join me in the next half an hour to which he agreed basis which I sat there and ordered my drink.

Now, 1 of those 3 friends showed up at the Bar entrance. 2 Bouncers standing at the Entrance stopped him from entering the bar with a reason that Stags aren't allowed.

My friend called me outside the Bar. I requested those Bouncers to kindly allow him inside as we already have a table reserved for 4 pax. These Bouncers with No Manners & Negative Attitude denied the entry with a reason that Stags aren't allowed whereas, there were many Stags present in the Bar.

I went back to the Waiter and requested for his assistance. Now, this Waiter who was earlier being nice did not assist me instead he tells me if those Bouncers aren't allowing then nothing can be done. I told the Waiter that I need to speak to the Manager, the Waiter didn't say or show me who the Manager was and I couldn't find or identify the Manager either.

I asked the Waiter, what now? He tells me I will have to pay my bill and leave. I was very disappointed. I did not want to disturb other customers therefore, I politely left the Bar.

My only question is Why was I allowed inside the Bar in the first place if Stags aren't allowed?

Big Bollywood Adda Opened Up Two Weeks Ago And They Are Back With A Bang With An All New Menu Called "Unlock Kiya Jaaye".

Here's What We Had:

1. Crunchy Munchy Chicken Wings - Rs 299
2. Winner Winner Chicken Spinner - Rs 349
3. Big Boss Fried Rice - Rs 299
4. Jeete Hai Shaan Se - Rs 299
5. Sahenshah -E- Bollywood (Cocktail) - Rs 299

Chicken Wings Are Always A Messy Dish To Have But Mehh They Are Lip Smacking As Well If Prepared Right. These Wings Have A Beautiful Crunchy Exterior And Are Tossed In A Spiced Garlic Maple Mix.

Spinach, Mushroom And Mozzarella Stuffed Grilled Chicken With Lemon Chilli Potato And Spiced Creamy Sauce. Now This I Really Enjoyed Having And This Was Quite Filling As Well. That Creamy Sauce On Top Was Just Sublime And Those Micro Greens Added In Some Great Minute Flavours.

Vegetables & Herbed Fried Rice Served With Grilled Paneer And A Tomato Cream Sauce. The Best Part Of This Dish Was It's Large Melt In Your Mouth Paneer Slices And That Lovely Tomato Cream Sauce On Top, Uggh This Dish Was Another Filling Dish And The Pairing Of Flavours Were Exquisite. This Dish Here Is A Definite Must Try.

A Combination Of Their Malta Orange And Basil Virgin Cairojca Turned Out To Be Quite A Refreshing Drink, Also The Malta Orange Is A Must Try In Diesel Cafe.

Cardamom, Coconut Rum, Apple Juice & Lime Juice This One Had An Overpowering Aftertaste, Cant Really Pin Point What It Was But Yeah It...

I went to this place to listen to hindi music of my choice which could not happen unfortunately. Later, we realised that some designated DJ was playing the songs and we have to listen to his choices only. Hence, I did not like that per se, because even after asking him twice for the song he did not play the requested number, which I felt kind of rude and unprofessional. The reason being it was a slow track according to that road side DJ. Secondly, the staffs were good and courteous. Which is definitely a good part to it. The food which we ordered were okay according to our ordered food. One, Veg paneer dry and two non- veg starter. I thought non-veg was a better option than veg. The interior design to the restaurant was good and different which is a plus point for them. Overall an average place from my point of view. But if I visit the place second time and if I see some improvement I might change my perspective. But right now this is what I felt and I have...
