Read moreOverall, my experience at Hotel New Swagath was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, I was impressed with the food quality and the overall cleanliness of the establishment. The cashier, in particular, stood out with their warm and welcoming demeanor, always sporting a friendly smile.
However, there were some notable downsides. The noise level in the hotel was excessive, which made it difficult to relax or have a peaceful stay. Additionally, the cleaning staff seemed to handle plates and dishes in a manner that created unnecessary disturbances.
In terms of the service staff, it was a mixed bag. While some members of the food serving team displayed arrogance in their demeanor, others were notably polite and attentive.
In summary, Hotel New Swagath offers good food and maintains a clean environment, but improvements are needed in noise control and staff professionalism to ensure a more enjoyable and peaceful...
Read moreHaving been a regular visitor of the old Swagath hotel, many years back, felt must try this new place out. The hotel is quite spacious. Surprised to see that the menu card did not display the prices. Some of the breakfast items such as Goli bajji, Onion bajji etc were not available during peak breakfast hours. Turned out that the prices are pretty high in comparison to its nearby competitor Indrabhavana. The taste was decent, not outstanding although. Poori gashi was served with only gashi and not Chutney. Presentation was not upto the mark. The dal in Idli toye was too watery. Filter coffee was too sweet. The staff was quite polite. Service was quick. The hotel was clean and hygienic. They have limited parking options near the entrance. They accept online mobile wallet payment methods also. Overall an average experience, expected a bit more out...
