Bira 91 Taproom, Bengaluru Airport — Restaurant in Karnataka

I recently visited Bira91 Taproom on my way back from the airport and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The atmosphere at Bira 91 taproom is idyllic and open-air, which makes for a relaxing and laidback setting that's perfect for enjoying a drink or meal with friends. Speaking of drinks, the craft beer selection is excellent, and the cocktails are equally tempting. I particularly enjoyed the Yellow Ice Tea, which was a perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors. The menu offers a variety of options to choose from, which means there's something for everyone. As for the food, I tried several dishes, including the Special Chicken Wings, Broccoli and Corn Tikki, Makhnee Curry bowl, and Akuri & Amul. I must say, all the dishes were delicious, but the Makhnee Curry bowl was the standout for me. The flavors were rich, and the portion size was perfect. The location at @thequadbyblr @blrairport is convenient for travellers or anyone looking for a nice long drive. The service was also great, and special mention goes to Ms. Tasneem who took care of us exceptionally well.

This is the second time I went to this place despite having a not so great experience earlier, I have now decided not to visit this place. They don’t have half the items in the menu that they display, you can only pay by cash or mobile wallet. Do not ever go to their top floor as you will be at your own, no one bothers to come there or check on you, you have to literally scream from the top floor multiple times to get their attention. They don’t get your orders on time and most of the time forget about your order and when asked they will say it’s not available that too after waiting for a long time. It doesn’t end here, they sometimes have their house keeping stand and take the order and if the order is not delivered and when you ask they will say that the person was housekeeping staff . Cheap attitude from Bira staff!

My friend landed at the airport and he simply placed a small bag he was holding on the side counter-top facing outside to use the rest room. I was standing by the side. We were contemplating on stopping by for a drink before heading home. Three people from the Taproom staff kept talking and finally one member, Guru, walks up to me and asks me to pick the bag up from the counter-top which I did. When my friend came back, your staff kept arguing that they would not allow keeping our bag on the side counter-top, as we weren't drinking at the restaurant !

Seriously guys! Are you really in the service industry ? ! Bira isn't cheap...but your staff certainly is!

We stay close to the airport and frequent the restaurants at the airport. But this sort of behavior is rather...
