Cafe Coffee Day — Restaurant in Karnataka

Had a very negative experience today with waiter Sadak/Sartak... I had been stuck in the departures terminal for most of Saturday the 28/01 due to not understanding the airports policy, waiting for my flight at 5:30am on the 29/01. Despite ordering and spending over ₹3000 at this restaurant the entire day, (i have receipts), i was approached by Mr Sadak/Sartak and asked to order something or leave. As a foreign patron of this restaurant i found his behaviour confrontational and disgusting. Please ensure youre not kicking out patrons willing to spend money on your establishment. I will not be visiting your cafe...

One of the best and relaxing café’s to be in. Just like most CCD outlets this to wouldn’t disappoint you at all. They are open 24hrs and is very comfortable and is ideally located.

You can order array of sandwiches, pastries, desserts, snacks and most importantly their signature hot and cold beverages. I highly recommend it especially if you have a lot of time to chill and kill, then this the best and ideal place to be in.

They have enough space to accommodate good number of people, that too at-most comfort and style.

Worst service. I ordered tandoori chicken sandwich and was told to wait for 5 minutes. After waiting for about 25 minutes finally I got some different item. When I told the guy that was not tandoori chicken, that was some keema chicken, he in fact had proven me right when he said that was cut from some patty (ofcourse burger patty). People who had prepared this menu for CCD, they are either illiterate or they are fooling customers. There cannot be a third option...
