Very very Worst Experince .... I am really frustated , i orderd cake from their website halfcute (cakezone earlier), They asked for payment and i paid as Cash ond delivery option was not there. The cake was supposed to come at 4:30 , now its 6:19 pm ..nobody is here ..

The delivery boy said sir the shop is not there.

No contact number is there.

I mailed them they replied me your cake is deliverd.

How is that possible... To charge somone a amount and not giving the delivery 😔😔😔😔😔😔 very sad.

Today was my friend birthday ..i thought to give him surprise and was having only limited money..

Very much disappointed, I received partial order and upon inquiring getting update we do not have stuck, if stuck was not there then it should have been notified prior , after delivery and after getting message of successfully delivered all item message while raising the point getting due to No stuck we have delivered partial order. What kind of ethic you are following. Is this your customer handling, giving misleading information, sending partial delivery and sending message saying all items delivered . What the hell is this. This is going to be my last order with cakezone. You are fraud and doing...

I have ordered cake from cakezone... And it was very disappointing ... I have ordered chocolate cake and I personally informed them in mail there is no option of chocolate flavour so please provide chocolate ... Saying yes for everything and finally very late they sent red velvet cake.. so irritating it was.. 1 .They are not even bothering to call customer and discuss the option of the cake.. 2.they are only sending mails for each and every simple question... Even sending after so many mails at last they have not even mention the msg of Happy birthday.
