I recently had the misfortune of ordering from the Dominos restaurant for the second time, and it was even more horrendous than the first. My initial encounter was marred by extremely poor customer service and rude behavior, but my latest experience took the cake for sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism.

I placed my order through the Dominos app and received a notification that my pizza was ready for pickup after about 15 minutes. Eager to avoid a cold pizza, I rushed to the restaurant, only to be told by the staff that my order was still being prepared and would take another 15 minutes. I went back to my car, parked nearly 500 meters away due to non-existent parking, and waited for a call.

Thirty minutes later, I finally received a call saying my order was ready. I trekked back to the restaurant, only to be told that my order was still not complete. After an additional 5-10 minutes of waiting, they finally handed me my pizza, but forgot my drink. When I pointed this out, the staff rudely demanded to see my order receipt before grudgingly providing my drink.

As if this ordeal wasn't enough, when I tried to pay, the card machine wasn’t working. Despite having three to four counters, they only had one functional card machine, which was an absolute nightmare. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating, not only due to the unacceptable wait times but also because of the shockingly poor customer service.

Avoid this Dominos at all costs if you value your time and sanity. This place is a complete disaster, and their staff clearly couldn't care less about...

I visit Mangalore couple of times a year. Last year I was here, I ordered delivery from this location. The delivery driver was rude. I wanted to avoid the drama this time, so ordered online for pick up few days ago. The card payment did not go through because of "too many" attempts. Later the pop up said I could not use my number to place order, so I used my sibling's phone to place order with pay with cash option. She called the customer service and made sure that the order was ready. We went to the store only to wait for another 40 mins. We had guests waiting at home and I was not able to spend much time with them because of the delay caused by Dominos pizza. When we asked them about making us wait, their justification is that people place order with pay with cash option and would not turn up at store to pay and pick up order. I don't know why they think that it's appropriate to make other loyal customers face consequences of other people's action. It was a huge inconvenience for us on that day and they don't seem to care. I would not be going back to this location. Sister called the customer service again only for the representative to tell her to talk to the store manager. The customer service representative was not helpful at all and didn't seem to be wanting to work with us. We were just another call that they needed to...

Was having a bad day wanted to cheer myself with pizza and ordered a take away through website.

I had asked to replace mushroom with paneer was not done. Pepsi ordered and billed was not given A dip was ordered and billed was not given

I never eat mushroom. I am allergic and ate the paneer stuffed garlic bread only. Can you imagine ordering pizza on a bad day and paying for it, bringing it myself and not being able to eat it??

It was late and I was hungry and ate them because didn't want to again change and worsen my mood which was already edgy. This added on to it and I Swear I will never go to this place again.

Also it was takeaway - things were ready and no way to pay with UPI, I had choosen that but it went back to cash default. And had to hunt for cash again on a bad day.

The outlet is small, during takeaway she shouted my name so loud that all tables there heard it I guess. It was really embarrassing. Overall had a worst experience.

Anyway my husband called back they told they will do something after discussing with manager. Don't know when they will be able to cheer me up again going back in time.
