Domino's Pizza | Tilakwadi, Belgaum — Restaurant in Karnataka

Dominos product: Not worth the money as compared to earlier servings.

Taste: Average, nothing special thats distinguishes dominos brand.

Hot product: The cheese was partly burnt at the sides for the Non veg loaded pizza (Pizza mania)

Toppings: Dry, chicken seemed dry unlike earlier it used to be juicy. Chicken NOT HALAL SINCE THE PAST FEW MONTHS, THEY SAY WE DONT HAVE TODAY BUT INDEED THEY HAVEN'T HAD SINCE THE PAST FEW MONTHS THAT I HAVE VISITED.

Overall service: "Over expensive over cooked meals served with a smile."

Staff behaviour: Good.

Ambience: Loud music was being played especially today which made the already dry meal even less interesting.

Cleanliness: They were brooming while we were eating (around 5.30 pm)

Air conditioning: The air conditioning was okay.

I'd appreciate if you started serving HALAL chicken again.

I had a very bad experience with this outlet in Belgavi. First, I was unable to connect through call to inform them about what time I'll be reaching Domino's, and when I was unable to do so I sent a feed back cause of which I got a call and was able to inform the person about my ETA. But after 15min I got a call from Domino's resturant saying that my order was ready, I told them that I had informed them about my ETA but they were rude and I sensed sarcastic tone.

Anyways after I reached at Domino's on expected time, the delivery boy who came to hand over the parcel asked me to open my phones messages, I was bit confused but I followed what he said... Then he clicked on the feedback link and was about to give ratings I was shocked, like wth hell is going on, I told him that I'm the customer n I should give feedback and not the employee . Please look into this matter, I'm really baffled by the behaviour of this Domino's...

The worst experience ever! I must say that the maintenance of hygiene in Dominos has decreased a lot recently! I loved dominos and would visit it a lot so I recommended dominos as the venue for my friend to celebrate her birthday but to my surprise it was the worst experience there until now! There was no hygiene nor did the order arrive on time, the portions were too small compared to the price, the quality of food wasn't what I was expecting, and it was not only us who were not satisfied with the service, we witnessed a customer snap at the staff for the same reason I mentioned - hygiene. I'm not intending to write this review to degrade the staff in any way but I just hope that dominos takes this review into their consideration and make the necessary...
