We ordered Emperor Shaoor. They were perfectly cooked fish. Well balanced tasting dish. We loved loke both the Green and Red Masala Fish; However, we loved the Green more than the Red one. It was uniquely tasting. I sprinkled a bit of salt to this dish as I preferred it individually. We were told that the bones will be less. But 4 pieces were very boney and less meat. The bones were big and tiny too. 🐠
