Gardenia by Southern Star Mysuru — Restaurant in Karnataka

Very limited menu and service is too bad …we requested egg omelette for kids but he refused to serve and told us kitchen is busy… the service really detracted from our overall experience. I would suggest that the restaurant management invest in additional training for their servers to ensure that guests are treated with care. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and that future guests will have a better experience...

We visited at 7.45 pm on Sunday. Restaurant was empty and no one welcomed us. We waited for 15 minutes then service started. Ordered chicken munchow soup which was good. Kebab platter was horrible. No teast at all. Ordered butter chicken that too was not good. Ordered chicken biryani and even that full of spices not at all worth it. Our dinner was total waste. Bill was Rs 2800 for 4 . Please do not go to this hotel....

Worst service ever. The restaurant time is mentioned as 7 30 -11pm, but the waiters are so eager to close the restaurant by 11 15 or 20. Even though your eating the waiter bring finger bowl and bill without even asking. And above all these they are directly asking for tips from all the customers after providing such a worst service. Shame on one the reputed hotel in mysuru. I would never suggest...
