Recently went there and was super disappointed with the service and the food was extremely mediocre . They have this Chettinadu food festival going on . On the table , I saw a menu of the food festival . It also included a welcome drink ( Rasam) which was not given . I had to literally wave to get their attention to order after waiting for more than 10 minutes . Ordered biriyani which took a very long time and upon tasting was very disappointed with the taste and average quality . Had to again desperately wave for a finger bowl which never came so I went to hand wash myself . Another 10 minutes to get their attention to give me the bill . I tested them to see if they would offer the complimentary dessert but they didn’t . When asked about the missed rasam and dessert they said we can give it to you know . We chose to stop at this lovely restaurant while passing through mysore. Though it is a short detour from the highway, it was worth the effort. The hotel boasts of a sport bar and a restaurant which are both accessible from outside. The seating area is very beautiful and clean. There is ample parking available in the premises. We chose to have their fish thali and chicken thali. The fish curry was anjal fish made in kokum, it tasted very nice and treditional. It also had a thin slice of seer fish.
