We celebrated our daughter's 1st birthday on 18th October 2021. With all the lights, banquet hall was shining like anything. Hall was spacious enough to accommodate 130 people, enough space was there for fun activities. Though there was an event in the morning, they made sure that hall is cleaned for our night birthday event. First person we contacted during booking was Mr Chandru, he gave multiple options for food menu, we also tasted few dishes before booking. thanks to him. 2 days prior to event, Mr Krishnamurthy contacted us, confirming about the food menu, asking if any changes required. And many thanks to the people who coordinated on the day of event, Mr Mohan and team, very courteous staff, you ask for anything, they will get it done quickly. plates were needed for keeping donuts and muffins, we got them in a minute, additional table was needed for keeping gifts, got it quickly, paper plates and spoons was required for cake distribution, got them quickly as well. Most important thing is food, every item was served fresh and hot, soup, starters, rotis, pooris, gravy, everything served fresh and hot. They also showed and served each dish twice. Every guest liked the food. One small concern, our Emcee was struggling with the given wireless mic, some problem with adaptor itseems, getting heated quickly and loosing audio. Hope you fix it soon. Three days ago, I visited here for lunch for the first time. I asked the server for plate meals, and he replied, “only South Indian.” Despite my intention to order a North Indian dish, I reluctantly agreed. Later, a waiter came to my table to take orders. I explained what had happened with the server, then he assured me that both South Indian and North Indian dishes were available in their hotel. So, I went ahead and ordered a North Indian dish. Surprisingly, the same server served me the dish.

After finishing my meal, I ordered lemon juice. After drinking juice, I asked for bill. To my surprise, the same server brought me a cup of Gobi Manchurian and explained that it had been left to serve because it wasn’t ready earlier. According to him, they had freshly prepared the Gobi Manchurian and brought it to me. However, it was cold! How could freshly prepared Gobi Manchurian be cold?

Today, again visited for lunch. A different waiter took my order, but the same old server served my food. After finishing my meal, I asked him to provide a finger bowl. To my surprise, he promptly provided a finger bowl to the person who had sat before me. However, when I requested the same, he instructed me to go to the hand wash area and wash my hands there. I began arguing with him, and then a person—I believe he might be the manager of the hotel—intervened and resolved the issue. In my opinion, the said server is not suitable for working there. I visited Green Heritage Restaurant in Mysore with my family on 29th June 2024, and we had a pleasant dining experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, including paneer tikka, baby corn fry, spring rolls, naan, kulcha, roti, dal fry, veg kofta, veg biryani, sweet lime, and milkshakes.

The food was delicious and well-prepared. The paneer tikka was flavorful and perfectly grilled, while the baby corn fry had a nice crunch. The spring rolls were a great appetizer, crispy and filled with fresh vegetables. The naan, kulcha, and roti were soft and complemented the rich and creamy dal fry and veg kofta nicely. The veg biryani was aromatic and well-seasoned.

The drinks were refreshing, with the sweet lime juice being particularly invigorating on a warm day. The milkshakes were thick and creamy, a perfect end to the meal.

The ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming and comfortable, suitable for a family outing. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

However, the service was a bit slow, which could be improved. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we left satisfied.
