Terrible Experience – Do NOT Book This Hotel!||I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked my stay online through MakeMyTrip.com from 15/04/2025 to 18/04/2025, and paid the full amount in advance. However, when I reached the hotel around 10 PM on 15/04, I was shocked to be told that no rooms were available.||Even after showing my confirmed booking, the hotel staff refused to accommodate me and rudely said, “How can you book a room when we are already full?” They also claimed that they have no connection with MakeMyTrip, and told me to leave immediately. The staff were extremely unprofessional and even shouted at me.||This is completely unacceptable. After this incident, I checked online and found that many others have faced the same issue at this hotel.
