Knight Bite Mangaluru — Restaurant in Karnataka

Ordered a cold drink and 3 bottle water , waited almost 1 hour with tracking shown till its dispatched. Even after dispatched waited over 30 mins and sudden the tracking gone misisng. Then called up the customer service and enquired about the order which I was waiting for last 90 mins and they where like " sir our delivery boy came up and couldn't connect to you call , that's why he had returned back and order is cancelled."

This was not the 1st time it happened with knight bite while ordering Beverages.

And even after the call tried to reorder the same item.s and then now it shows pop up message as " BEVARAGES ONLY CANT BE ORDERED " what make sense in not accepting Beverages order while they even charge Rs.20 for delivery and

First ever food delivery app who dont want to sell only beverage. And the screen shot for the order is attached to the GOOGLE PHOTOS AND CALL RECORDING WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT WILL BE PUBLISHED SOON IN SOCIAL MEDIA.

CUSTOMERA DONT HAVE OPTION TO ORDER AND DRINK ANY SORT IF...

I used to love knight bite before but now the taste of the food is gone and the delivery man is too harsh with the customer. I never expected that. The food which they have delivered is too soggy I've complained them many time in their email but they won't take it seriously. The owner or staff say we will try our best. but it never happens I don't know why. I think you people aren't so serious about your reputation. This is my one and the last time I'll tell you that if its soggy again I myself won't order and I'll do tell my friends we can order it early we wouldn't require it so...

How to put it!? Well, should I say good concept with bad delivery. Honestly, ordered a zinger burger, turned out much better than I expected, taste n quality wise, In fact, I would say very good but one of the bad delivery experience I ever had in my life (note: delay not because of delivery person even though he was unprofessional n very rude) it took close to 1 hour just for a half km distance at midnight 130, that too, had to call many times, would have easily given 4 stars, now 3, step up guys! Bring ur ‘A’ game, focus every aspect. And, not to forget little pricey too, 180+20 delivery...
