There's nothing to be said about the quality of the food. And the exceptional service that will keep you coming back. There is a buffet at night which looked like it was worth it. The spread includes everything from kebabs to salads. What I had though was the chicken club sandwich. I have been searching for a club sandwich that matched one I ate about 20 years ago in a place called dinos. That was the greatest club sandwich I had even eaten. Ive tried places in Mumbai and Bangalore but no. They always make a club sandwich that's soggy and dripping with mayo. The garbage from truffles in Bangalore - how can you even call that monstrosity a club sandwich? Anyway, fastforward, I tried the club sandwich here and it blew my mind. The closest to dinos I'm ever going to get to. Its crispy, beautiful and delicious. You need to try the pizza as well, very delicious. The cheese doesn't make you feel like you are about to explode. Vivanta's coffee shop, Mynt, is located on the ground floor just beyond the lobby level. This is the usual hotel coffee shop, offering a range of Indian and Western ('continental'), basic Chinese/Asian and local regional dishes. They offer a la carte service, and this is where the breakfast buffet (included in our room tariff) was laid out. A fairly extensive spread of fruit, make-your-own salads, baked goods, Indian, Western and Chinese dishes, plus live stations for breakfast items such as dosas, eggs to order, etc.

Overall good (and, an unusual sighting at a breakfast buffet: a board with the calorie count for most items on the buffet).

Mint restaurant one is inside the Vivanta hotel in mangaluru city, serves delicious sandwiches and offers one of the beautiful ambiance and the pleasant atmosphere.

Chai what they served basic Indian chai was very bad cold tasteless.

Service is okkishh not really shout about it, Accept sandwiches rest every thing was lacking taste or authenticity.
