I had bitter experience with this sweet shop. I wanted around 300 snack boxes for Sunday and they told me to confirm on Friday so that they can keep ready.

Accordingly, I contacted them on Friday but they had different story to tell. They said I was too late to inform and started asking me which salesman has told so. Instead of sorting out the issue, they started asking questions to me as if I am culprit. My son took the phone from me and asked one question- Whether they can supply or not? On getting negative reply call was disconnected.

This prompted us to go to their competitors and they happily accepted the order for lower rate and better quality. I have decided not to visit this Sweet Shop again as they are arrogant and not...
