Juicy Cafe in Electronic City, especially their Velankani Drive and Neeladri Road outlets, used to be a regular spot for me as a pure vegetarian. I particularly enjoyed their sandwiches, which I always assumed were fully vegetarian.

However, during a recent visit, my perception was shattered. Upon inquiring about the mayonnaise in their "veg" sandwich, we were shocked to learn from a staff member that it contains egg. This was incredibly disappointing, as the item was clearly listed under the vegetarian section of their menu. To make matters worse, we then witnessed a senior staff member scolding the junior staff for revealing this crucial detail to us. This incident strongly suggests that the information about the egg-based mayonnaise was being intentionally hidden. For someone like me, who adheres to a strict vegetarian diet for personal and religious reasons, this complete lack of transparency is not just upsetting, but a serious breach of trust.

We immediately stopped eating and have not returned to Juicy Cafe since. I sincerely hope the management takes this issue with the utmost seriousness. It's imperative that they ensure clear labeling of all ingredients and maintain honest communication with customers, especially those with dietary...

Juicy - highlighting its affordability, wide variety of fresh fruit juices, and good value for money, hygiene is maintained and the option to add dry fruits as toppings; however, some might mention a lack of seating options. They have few chairs on the ground floor, and well seating capacity of around 10-15 people upstairs.

Hi Everyone I had been a regular customer here in the Neeladri outlet. But from today onwards I am not planning to go there . There are many reasons for the same

1. Food quality has been degraded
2. Attitude of the serving staff and the cash counter person - Have encountered today like one mother was feeding her baby cerelac food and her family was ordering food from Juicy as well. The serving staff there told please go outside and feed the baby as outside food is not allowed . How can someone be so rude to a baby and a mother even though they are ordering food from their restaurant.Even 5 star hotel never deny to feed a baby in their place. But these people don’t have even basic humanity which irked me .
3. No proper cleanliness . The cleaning staff is least bothered to clean the tables . Houseflies everywhere
4. And when we say any feedback , they arrogantly reply and smile. I think they are least bothered...
