I had a very disappointing experience at Karavalli Kitchen. The service was not just poor — it was downright disrespectful. After placing my order, I was made to wait for over an hour without any proper update or apology. When I politely asked the service boy about the delay, he responded rudely and arrogantly, as if I was at fault for expecting timely service.

What shocked me even more was that I was charged more than the MRP for bottled items, which is not just unethical but also illegal. When I questioned the overcharge, the same service boy became defensive and unapologetic. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to treat its customers this way.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. No one should have to pay extra to be insulted and kept waiting. Very poor experience — not...
