Delicious Lunch Experience at Om Resto Bar!

Had lunch at Om Resto Bar and it turned out to be an amazing experience! Right from the moment we entered, the place gave off a relaxed and welcoming vibe. The ambience was calm, clean, and perfect for a peaceful afternoon meal. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to unwind over a good lunch with friends or family.

Now let’s talk about the food – absolutely top-notch! The Tandoori Chicken was a showstopper – tender, juicy, and bursting with flavors. It had the right amount of spice and that classic smoky taste that makes tandoori truly special. We also ordered the Chicken Curry, and it was equally impressive. The curry was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced – a wonderful companion to both rice and rotis.

The portions were generous and the food was served hot and fresh. You could tell that everything was prepared with care and quality ingredients. Service was also quick and friendly, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed.

Based on popularity, came to explore this place. This is at prime area in Gokarna. Easily accessible.

Ambience is decent. AC cooling wasn’t that great. They have separate dining area for Bar access and family crowd.

Food was quite poor. Crispy corn wasn’t fresh and too spicy. We asked for fish starter and I was told it would be around 550 rupees per plate. This is more like day light robbery. Skipped and move to main course. Order Szechwan chicken fried rice. Again really really spicy and chicken was dry in it.

Service was good and friendly. My humble request to the folks running this place, stop charging outrageous amount to customers who want to explore fish. I come from coastal area and price that is quoted is quite high than city prices. No wonder, there was lack of visitor during off seasons. Overall experience at this place...

This place staff is very very bad... they don't no how to treat customer they have very very wrong attitude... Hotel owner, please you have great place but NOT the great staff.. you must look at your front restaurant guy who standing behind the bar and server.. get some good educated people to run your place otherwise they will slowly slowly kill your place... they treat very bad... the whole mode went of because that Northeast guy... so arrogant attitude...i was wondering that being in hospitality industry how they can carry this kind of arrogance with customer...can't even imagine :(

I highly NOT recommend this place to visit....treating badly with customer... if you want to spoil your mood then only visit this place... otherwise enjoy gokarna life simply and have something at...
