👎 The ordering process was difficult due to the technical problems at the two order screens.

👎 The chicken was under-cooked and tasteless on the inside and mediocre on the outside. Could taste the off-putting raw pink chicken at the bone. Also the chicken pieces that we received were pathetic. Seemed like pieces cooked early were served with fresh ones. The worst pieces based on their judgement.

👎 The place was extremely hot and uncomfortable to dine-in. The AC was kept off and blamed on repair service. Happens too often all throughout the year and seemed on purpose so staff didn't have to clean people's trays or the place.

👎 Cola was forced upon us and other customers. None of their combos had the option to select a 300ml bottle of water instead of 300ml of their liquid diabetes syrups whose prices are included in combos.

👎 The burgers were pricey, bland and a rip-off in quantity and quality. There weren't served filled with most of the ingredients or the size they showed on their posters.

👎 They provided service but required to be specifically told what is right or wrong when dealing with customers. Didn't automatically receive the best from them.

👎 The added tax, restaurant charges, packing charges etc were not worth the price paid for below-average menu items. We were able to get ourselves a healthy fresh fruit juice elsewhere for it's equivalent.

Apart from location and seating area, this place doesn't have any positives. Actually location-wise also it is not convenient for 90% of Manipal since its on the outer Udupi-Manipal road far from the central commercial...

KFC has been always one of the top fast food restaurants and known for their quick service and clean maintenance and yummy friend chicken. This particular branch has disappointed me over the past year as they have been deteriorating in all three departments. Their service has become poor. Last time I had ordered a tandoori zinger burger and they gave me a normal one. I wouldn't have figured it out if I hadn't ordered 3 of those. They gave one tandoori and two normal when asked about the same the response I got was I hope that's okay. Previously every time a customer leaves there used to be a guy to clean the tables and now the tables are cleaned after a really long time. The boxes wait on the tables for over an hour to be thrown in the bin. Coming to the food which used to taste one amongst the best has also gone down. I have gone here many times and almost every time they are out of most of the things and this has happened even when I have gone early. There's no rice bowl, no popcorn chicken, no drinks and no smoky grilled chicken. At times they have the smoky grilled chicken but it is in the size of a wing. I wish they would improve and bring back KFC to how it was because every other local fast food chain has taken over them and it is sad to see KFC go...
