The standards of this brand have dropped drastically. They are no longer faithful & loyal to their trusted customers. I dunno if it's just this outlet in Manipal or the issue is prevalent throughout the country but customer satisfaction is pathetic. They had introduced a "BR rewards program" sometime back through which a member can claim delicacies after the accumulation of points. I had 100 or so odd points accumulated. When the expiry date was nearing, I tried to claim it but the sales guy (don't remember his name now) did not let me claim those points. I followed up with their customer care, telephoning them & e-mailing them. But they remained least bothered. Baskin Robbins has always been my go-to ice-cream place and they have some of the best options. But what I found unique about this particular branch of Baskin Robbins is that the franchise owner takes personal interest to serve you your ice-cream! If he is around, check with him on what's good and what is the offer of the day. The staff is good with their knowledge on good ice-cream flavours too. It's located just next to INOX Movies so a scoop of ice-cream after a movie is the best way to end your day! I have lost count of how many times I have visited this place and trust me, its worth it. Baskin Robbins outlet in Manipal gives positive vibes and cool atmosphere to enjoy different flavours of icecream. Although many seem good but their cost is too high.
