McDonald's MANIPAL — Restaurant in Karnataka

Well here is a comparison b/w two gaint fast-food companies ie. McD & Burger King

1.Economic wise -Burger King☑️ They have plenty of burgers which starts from 50₹, you can find veg & chicken burgers within 100₹ including Veg/Chicken Makhani Burger,veg burger, chicken burgers & many more.They have got different varieties tacos, wraps & rolls within 150₹.Trust me Makhani burgers are worth the price! Whereas McD offers very less variety of burgers & Wraps within amount of 150₹.They have their famous Mc Aloo tikki burger🤮 which is worthless, also veg & chicken burgers are good.

2.Quality -McD☑️ Eventhough, McD costs higher than Burger King they don't compromise in their food quality. Most of the stuffs which I tasted was super tasty except few.

3.Quantity -BK ☑️ Quantity served in BK is reasonable & generous, whereas McD even after paying higher price they serve very less quantity.

4.Big mac vs Whopper-Big Mac's☑️ I found these 2 are nothing but a scams:( Comparatively Big Mac's tastes comparatively better than Whoppers.They both add lettuce, tomato, and onions. Only difference is in Patties Big Mac's have double layer patties while Whoppers simply add lettuce, tomato, and onions up nd down the Patties & sell it in name of big Burgers😹

5.Fries-McD☑️ Ahhh McD are the king of Fries!!! No one can ever compete with them.Their fries & fresh, crispy & crunchy which is worth the every bite. I felt BKs fries are actually disgusting it tasted pungent & those are actually very smooth & very salty

6.Add ons Both are priced comparatively & tastes similar including Puff,hashbrowns etc

7.BK Cafe vs Mc Cafe- BK Cafe☑️ Thank God! Burger King has the same quantity hot beverages without a compromise in quality in reasonable prices.

8.Float-McD☑️ I don't remember nor seen if BK's actually have float. But McFloats are actually good & worthy with varieties

9.Sundaes & Deserts-BK☑️ LOL Dominos are still in their pride that they have signature Mousies. BK hold my beer😎🤝 BK have their best in sundaes & mousses trust me! Noidea if MCds have this or not

10.Softie-McD☑️ They are just good & also they have perfect blend as on add-ons in other stuffs aswell

11.Shakes-BK BKs shakes are actually wonderful but priced heavily.Their shakes are double thick the yogurts❤️

12.Ambience & Seating space-McD☑️ McD have got amazing ambience & comfortable seating spaces depending upon the customers they gather in.They have made big arrangements for the ones who come for treats.Also they have 2rooms for seating. They've different modes of ordering✨ You can either go with traditional or modern machine which avoids to interact with staffs by directly ordering for dine ins & take ons Whereas BK ambience are good & classy, seating arrangements are not as big as McD

13.Customer Service-BK☑️ mcD manipal, are worst in customer service.Infact one lady was enough to actually destroy customer's mood, she was unfriendly & uncivilized when dealing with customers.They don't respect customers privacy asking them repeatedly about food & what they need which is highly annoying.One lady had a problem when I tuk picture of menu, she should understand that it's not her business.McDs please deal with kinda rude behaviours.🙏 BKs staffs are actually cooperative & responsive they deal customers in good way.But please be generous in giving tissues🥲 like how you...

I am shocked with the service level at an International brand food joint. The menu screens kept restarting so we couldn't check on what we can order or the offer for the day. There was just 1 billing counter open while the queue was right till the exit door. A few minutes more and it would have reached beyond that. The person at the billing counter had to keep checking in with another staff member of the order punched in was correct. The swipe machine kept shutting off and restarting so we had to pay "exact" change cash only. The rest of the staff were busy having a talk at the pick-up counter. Then the dreadful part was when the team member who was putting together the order touched the fries with her bare hands without gloves. If I am not mistaken, as per the food standards all staff members shoukd use disposal gloves. The meal was not good and the oil used for the fries were stale. This was clearly not what we expected to be an ideal fast-food meal. I am sharing this feedback so these details can be looked at...

Basavaraaj and Preveen. I recommend Basaavaraj for the next promotion. He was very courteous and helpful plus gave me lot of options including what combo would be beneficial. Good knowledge. Made customer feel special and at ease. I was in an irritable mood when I came in but cooked down due to the service received here. I am from Mumbai and MCDONALD'S Mumbai do not know how to treat their customers. They ( in Mumbai do ask customers about their experience with them as well as for feedback..but basically you can make out that it is like a burden for them. As a matter of fact I have told Praveen that MCDONALD'S Manipal, Karnataka must train MCDONALD'S Mumbai in customer service. MCDONALD'S Mumbai lacks heavily in this aspect.
