McDonald's — Restaurant in Karnataka

I'm totally shocked to read the reviews about this outlet. Is it the same place iv been to??? Doesn't seem like it.

At this outlet of McDonalds ....at Forum Fiza.... coke spills and dirty tables are common. Iv to literally ask d staff to clean a table for us... Last night it was the same. Even after being wiped the dirty cleaning rag makes the table feel sticky n icky.

Last night the staff were literally handing out each customer a tiny glass of coke or whatever ... To ask them if it was acceptable... since the dispenser machines of sodas were out of gas!!!! It tasted like cold drink without d fizz.... I settled for bottled water with my order !!! We wanted the Iced Tea but were told there was none!!!

This is Mc Donalds for heavens sake. Not some corner shop addda !!! The whole wheat Bun Chicken Burger had Nothing whatsoever on the lower bun bread. The pattty was just slapped onto the bun without any layer of mayo or relish or anything.. All the mayo n veggie or whatever was only above the patty. I thew away the lower bun bread. It was unpalatable. I eat better burgers at home or at simple grocery stores selling burgers in Mangalore. The bread here was HARD stale and dry... And a HUGE waste of money.

I asked for an order of unsalted fries... The orders given were hugely salted. I packed away the stuff cos my family was quite fed up by then. When leaving I told the lone boy at the counter about the goof up...he sweetly offered to give us the unsalted fries !!!! But iv not gone to McDonalds to eat a kilo of Fries !!!! Wat about the dry unpalatable burgers n Spicy Wraps which were supposed to be LESS spicy as per our need? Would they discount me for THAT? Obviously NOT.

The boy taking our order had assuered us the King wraps would be mindly spiced. It was totally Spicy !!!!

The outlet is so HOT. The decorative balloons tied to the beams overhead are mostly deflated !!!! The Music is miserable.

We wanted dessert but the dessert counter was unmanned. So we left with my little boy disappointed at not getting any dessert.

The garbage dispenser bins were pulled out by a cleaning boy probably to dispose off stuff... .. But he just left it out in the open at the end of the aisle we're we were seated n he vanished for the time we're we're there.

What hygiene are the other reviewers talking about !!! I'm confused.... Are people not aware what goes on around them?

I certainly HATE paying money for stuff which is not worth my money.... my entire bill was over Rs. 1100.00...

I did not get my moneys worth AT ALL. I only ever go back there to indulge my son. But I educate him that going to such a place IM TOTALLY NOT...

This place is getting better and better. I love going to this outlet. The staffs are really friendly. The best thing was one of the staff at the counter wished me HI with a great energy with her hand raised (I thought he would give me a hifi😂). At first it was little strange but thats really good. She took all my attention.

MAHARAJA CHICKEN BURGER MEAL : My all time favorite which fills my stomach without leaving any space. (Except for icecreams😂).

FRENCH FRIES : I like the normal salted one then any other spices.

COKE : The ice cubes added are too much. A little disappointment.

Last time I mentioned in my review for their City Center outlet that the staffs interrupt you in between your meal and ask for the feedback. This time it did not happen to me here but I saw one of the staff interrupting the other customers may be for feedback but Im not sure. If it would have happened to me I would have really bursted out. Thank God it did not happen. One more thing to mention is that the staffs call out the order number really loud and they also come to the other side of the outlet seating so that the customer do not miss out hearing their order number. This was really good. But the screen that shows the order number was not working accordingly. The menu is also not updated in Zomato. It is only the old one. Hope all this issues would be fixed. Overall...

This is the second branch in mangalore after the one in City center..

But compared with the city center branch I liked the ambience of this place a lot..👌👌 but not that much spl if u think on it....

I went to this place as I badly wanted to have the French fries🍟🍟🍟🍟🍟 with peri peri powder 😄😍 basically I'm a spicy food lover... So I always prefer it with peri peri... Its really good and mouth watering for me..

Next I ordered Mexican and Lebanese mc aloo burger (both for me) 😀😁, it was small and the flavour was different and good to have😍😘

Pricing💲💰💰💳when the advertise their product they broadcast as if it is a bit cheap, when to go and buy it.. U ll find the final bill amount ll be high than u expected due N number of taxes they charge.. 😠😠

Parking facilities here, u can park in the mall itself.. So no problem.. Service is good and no...
