Panchami Tiffins — Restaurant in Karnataka

They have so many staff but no one to attend to you on time. They have one lady to serve water, one lady for cleaning, one captain to take orders and one lady who serves food. All hot. So each item ordered is served one by one. The lady goes gets on hot item, goes back gets the second, goes the third time gets the third item. Even if you order Coffee or Tea, it is served separately as they serve hot. It looks like they have 4 people for each table and between 2 tables they have one group.

But best is all captains just walk around. Not one to greet you when you come, no one bothers if you are sitting for long waiting for them. Even when they are told we are waiting they just ignore and come at their own sweet time.

Worst service. Food is good, but service is pathetic. I would not visit there unless I am forced to. I went with my friend Lady served water and informed the captain who just walked around and we waited for 10 min after that just having warm water. Then we just walked out. No one cared....

1🌟 for average taste of food. This restaurant provides very very poor and disappointing service. I do not mean that they should provide 5,3 star service for meal prices below Rs.80. But having dirty table, untrained and untidy waiters (definitely not expecting professionals), absence of any kind of soap near wash basin in this pandemic is quite frustrating. Finally, for asking a tissue paper to wipe my hand and get the bill out of my pocket female cashier arrogantly said "we don't provide it here, you should've asked it to waiter". Dear Ma'am at least keep some cut pieces of old newspaper on cash counter and Pls respect your customers.

🌟 ಆಹಾರದ ಸರಾಸರಿ ರುಚಿಗಾಗಿ. ಈ ರೆಸ್ಟೋರೆಂಟ್ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಳಪೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಾಶಾದಾಯಕ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. Rs.60, Rs.80 ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ 5 ಸ್ಟಾರ್, 3 ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಕೊಳಕು ಟೇಬಲ್, ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆಯದ ಮತ್ತು ಅಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಣಿಗಳು (ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ), ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ ಈ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ರೋಗದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ವಾಶ್ ಬೇಸಿನ್ ಬಳಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಸೋಪ್ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ನಿರಾಶಾದಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ, ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಒರೆಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಜೇಬಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಲ್ ತೆಗೆಯಲು ಟಿಶ್ಯೂ ಪೇಪರ್ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕ್ಯಾಷಿಯರ್ ಅಹಂಕಾರದಿಂದ "ನಾವು ಅದನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ವೇಟರ್‌ಗೆ ಕೇಳಬೇಕು" ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಪ್ರಿಯ ಮೇಡಂ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಹಳೆಯ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ಕೆಲವು ತುಣುಕುಗಳನ್ನು ನಗದು ಕೌಂಟರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನಿಮ್ಮ...

Hi..I think today first time tasted Panchami Tiffins food.Today orderd set dosa and idli for breakfast through uber eats to marnamikatta.Still Food was hot,fresh and tasty.I got this on offer upto 50%..stumoch also full.really satisfied.....I recommend this hotel to others without any hesitation...All the best Team...
