Spice N Ice — Restaurant in Karnataka

I ordered for from hear recently, despite all the red flags. I was starving and had little to no options. So I order a simple Biriyani and lime juice combo. I placed the order at 2:17, and I expected the delivery in 30 mins or so, given it was vacation time. I got my order at 3:15 - 3:20, turns out the delivery guy had to go to udupi for the previous order comeback and pick my order, and I understand that. At this point, I am famished and I really badly needed to eat. So I bolt inside and take the food out to eat. It was cold. Not warm, cold. It wasn't that the food was packed hot and got cold by the time it got to me. The restaurant if exactly 2 mins away. They put in cold food, and they were totally okay doing that. As unpleasant as that was, I was okay with it and tried to taste the food. The Biryani tasted like someone mixed a bit of rice with turmeric and salt paste. The food was objectively bad. I tried eating a bit, I could not. So I decided to eat just the chicken. There were 2 small pieces. That's it. So I thought I will have to resort to lime juice, but they gave my sprite insted.

Also, their shawarma is basically just diced cabbage with mayo. It has on an avg 0 chicken/bite. If you did something bad and want to punish yourself, THIS is where you go.

So they could not get anything right. Service 1/5 Food 1/5 Getting on your nerves at...
