Worst Experience Ever - Disrespectful Staff

I visited this restaurant with my family for lunch and ordered garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, and chili chicken. To my surprise, they served us plain naan instead of garlic. We didn’t notice the error until we had started our meal.

When I pointed out the mistake and asked for the garlic naan we originally ordered, the staff member insisted that we were served garlic naan. I politely asked him to check my naan for any garlic pieces, as it was clearly plain butter naan. Instead of resolving the issue, he continued to argue and behaved rudely. Even after I requested him to simply take the order, he went back to the reception area, turned off the fan we had asked for, and began laughing with other staff members and the manager.

I had ordered full chicken masala using Zomato (order number ending 2615). Their menu price is 180 Rs for half & 342 Rs for full.

For my surprise, the food quality & quantity both are very pathetic The quantity given is half or little more than half a plate. The taste of the food was very salty; the chicken seems to be straightaway taken from the freezer, and the gravy looks very greasy.

I have shared the single star with the Zomato rating as well. I felt cheated as they provided a big discount but not focused quality & quantity of the food, but priced it at a premium. I would avoid this restaurant in the future! Dont be surprised to see Swiggy sticker in...

When I checked best Arabian dishes in Manipal I got this restaurant as top rated and decided to visited this place. Ordered Mandi biryani Rice, Tandoori chicken, butter nan and al-faham. Tandoori chicken was very dry, I think it was roasted twice or may not be fresh. Same thing with al-faham. Butter Nan was a plain nan with butter, not two layer nan. May be post COVID most of the restaurants taste gone for toss.
