Our recent experience at what claims to be a "top-class restaurant" was regrettably subpar, characterized by a series of unprofessional encounters with the staff. Upon our arrival, a well-dressed captain vaguely directed us to find our table without offering any assistance. After navigating the establishment ourselves, we were left unattended for an extended period—approximately 30 minutes. When we sought clarification from the staff, their response was not only unhelpful but also delivered with a certain level of arrogance, insisting that we remain at our table.

Frustrated and disappointed by the lack of service, we ultimately made the decision to leave the restaurant prematurely. Worst experience, staff don't have any manners on how to behave with customers.
