Dwadasi veg restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I would suggest you NOT to go to this place when in Alleppey. Most of the items are unavailable. We ordered one aloo parantha to check the quality and thought of ordering an idli also but we saw a local guy fighting over the cold sambar served to him and he refused to eat and the hungry guy got anxious and left the place. To our surprise, no one paid any heed to listen to the guy and serve him a hot sambar. We dropped the idea of idli and we’re waiting for aloo parantha and we were hungry at 8:30 in the evening, we ordered him 3 more paranthas. After one parantha it took him 15 minutes for second and another 10-15 minutes for third parantha, they were also half baked. After waiting for 15 minutes after third parantha, we asked why it’s taking so long. The guy said aloo paste finished, we don’t have the parantha. We said you should have told us earlier, we had been waiting. The guy replied - “sirf tumhare liye hi nahi baithe hai, air bhi kaam hai!!!!!!!” “4 paranthe khaane aa gaye!!” We also left the place after paying him. No courtesy,

ordered 8 idly they given one packet Sambar and one of coconut chutney which can't enough for 2 idlys. I called the restaurant such a irresponsible restaurant just wait for sometime we send some one from the restaurant to my restaurant it is almost 45 min of delivery time and I told kids are hungry we started to eat with sugar he is telling that is mistake from our end you can wait. I have asked the idly is to cold. they are casually telling they are prepared at morning we got shocked we are eating this idly at night 8 pm. I scold them and cut the call stating I am going to raise complaint on zomoto regarding your restaurant. We have throw that idly in trash. we bought food from local hotel nearby...This restaurant ppl are too greedy you are not anything free. They need to think kids and women will eat this food they can give the food to there kids. Such rude idiots 0% commonsense ppl running this restaurant.

Dwadasi the new vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Alappuzha town. We recently noticed newly opened this shop but we get chance yesterday. We tried onion uthappam from here that was tasty with spicy chuttney and coconut chutney. In other shops uthappam will be thick and big in size but here is thin and medium size that i feel not enough for 75₹ price tag .that was the only dissaponmet for me rest of all good clean and tidy place for family and daily workers to having veggies snaks and tea chillg here colour combination of the building different and awkward than other shops its light saffron color it maybe their representation of vegetarianism .
