This place serves one of the best Kerala Meals in Kochi. It’s a pure vegetarian restaurant and you will find this place always filled with customers. During lunch hours little bit of waiting is necessary but does not take too long to get a table. Good that they have a proper system to manage the waiting and you don’t have to hunt for a table. The meals is served during lunch hours on a banana leaf. Meal is unlimited and each and every dish tastes amazing. I usually order meals and also Gobi 65 or Paneer 65 in addition. Only point that this place lacks is in customer friendly nature. The staff needs to be more welcoming and friendly towards their customers. The vibe of the place feels as if the staff has a subconscious view that they are serving free food 😀 That’s the only thing I do not like about this place as there is a thin line between being happy about success of the restaurant and having too much pride in it. Hopefully the management will take this point in a constructive way and train their staff to be more welcoming towards the customers who are the reason behind their success. One day while driving through Ernakulam, my friend showed this restaurent to me and said, "The best Masala Dosa of Ernakulam you will get here". So, 10 Feb 2024, during a solo trip to Ernakulam, I had decided to visit Brindhavan. Nice ambiance, clean atmosphere. I ordered one Masala Dosa. When dosa arrived, I started to eat and a live fly (almost half dead - May be due to heat) crawled out of it. I, called waiter and showed him this. With an unpleased face he took the dosa back. 5 minutes after, I had been given a new masala dosa, which was shapeless. Though I doubted a little, but I thought this restaurent had a reputation, so I may be wrong. When I started eating, I realised that those guys supplied me the same masala dosa after heating it again. Because the piece, i had broken previously, had been neatly inserted inside it. I was not in a position to complaint beacause I had already ate almost full dosa. Washed my hands, paid the bill and I departed with a vow that I will never visit this pathetic restaurent.

To the owner : - Please don't think that if you re-heat dosa and insert the broken parts inside artistically, the customers are folls to not understand it. Kindly tell your pathetic...
