It was just by a whim that I visited this showroom quite near to my home sometime early this year as I was exploring furniture for my renovated home. Initially, my interaction was with a Ms. Sahana, and then subsequently Mr. Rohit was my point of contact. Rohit ensured that he gave me the personal attention and clarified my queries as I toured their extensive showroom across 4 floors. Whilst initially I was looking to purchase things directly from their showroom, my subsequent requirements needed customization. Here again Rohit was able to get his staff to come and take the requisite measurements, give me an initial plan of how they intended to make the furniture and then delivered on time and quality as promised. As of date, my purchases included a dining table, an office desk and chair, bar stools for my breakfast counter, a dining table and 6 chairs, a sofa cum bed, customized dressing table/cabinet, a customised office cabinet, and a customized shoe cabinet. More to come! Areas of improvement? I could just probably say that if they can formally structure an initial and final proof of concept for customized furniture, that would be better. From my point of experience, This is the worst place in kochi for a furniture purchase.When you reach here for the first time, you will get a warm welcome and you will be brainwashed for a purchase ready by the salesman.But once you finished the purchase ,you know their real face.From last one year am suffering and regret for the wardrobe purchase.Even they promised for a aftersale support service for 7 years and written and given me in their letterhead as per my request.But things went down reversal.They even don't care about customer satisfaction Most of their furnitures are complaint occurring pieces once it occurred,they clearly wash their hands and blame the concerned manufactures as they have no role in this.I am behind them for the last 1 year, for a wardrobe fungal issues as they guaranteed me that it never happens .
