I had a really bad experience with Glow Deziner Hub, Ernakulam. It was honestly the worst experience ever. I had given them an order to design my reception outfit exactly according to a reference picture, and this was back in February 2025.
I am a registered nurse in the United Kingdom, and I placed the order online from there for my wedding reception, which was scheduled for October 9, 2025. They promised to complete the work and deliver the outfit by October 3. As per my request, the trial and delivery date was fixed for October 3 because I landed in Kochi on September 30, and my wedding schedule was quite tight.
I went to the shop around 3 p.m. on October 3 after confirming over the phone, and the designer told me the dress was ready. But when I saw it, I was shocked—it wasn’t completed at all! They convinced me that they would finish it by 6 p.m., so I agreed and went to another famous designer shop to collect my gown, which was a really good experience.
Around 6:40 p.m., I returned to Glow Deziner Hub to check on my dress. They told me it was still at the working unit. My family and I were completely fed up by then. We waited there for another hour. Finally, when the dress arrived, they asked me to pay the remaining ₹10,000 before handing over the outfit. I felt that was really unfair—they didn’t even consider the customer’s feelings or the situation.
It had already been eight months since I placed the order for a customized outfit, but to be honest, the material quality was extremely poor. They hadn’t even completed the embroidery work properly. When I asked why, they simply said “sorry,” showing no value for the money I paid. The dress cost ₹25,000, yet even the packing was terrible—honestly, online platforms pack items much better than Glow Deziner Hub.
I do not recommend this shop to any bride. A wedding is a big day for every bride and her family, and if you have a bad experience with your dream outfit, it can ruin your happiness and that of your parents too.
Here I am sharing the reference picture I gave them and the actual dress I received. I would rate this shop...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with Glow Designer Hub. I had high hopes when I chose them for my bridal reception dress — this was supposed to be one of the most special outfits of my life. We were assured that the design would be heavily highlighted and beautifully crafted to match the importance of the occasion. Instead, what I got was far from bridal quality.
The stitching was just okay, but the beadwork — which they promised would be the highlight — was a complete disaster. At the very first trial, it was clear that the beads were already faded, dull, and lifeless. The dress looked old and worn out — absolutely nothing like what you'd expect for a bride.
When we raised our concerns, they promised to rework the dress and fix everything. But after the so-called rework, the only thing that changed was the beads — and even then, only slightly. Everything else remained just as underwhelming. For a dress that cost us ₹25,000, we received something that looked like it was worth ₹5,000 at best.As if that wasn’t enough, they didn’t even bother to give us a proper bag to carry or protect the dress. For that amount of money, the least they could have done was show some professionalism and respect for the customer.
This whole experience left me feeling cheated, frustrated, and heartbroken. I trusted them with something so important and all I got was disappointment. I would never recommend Glow Designer Hub to anyone looking for quality or professionalism — especially not for something as special as a...

I had placed a wedding saree order through Glow – The Designer Hub, and Ms. Bhagyalekshmi was the person who took my order.
I customised my wedding saree online in May, providing all the required measurements. They told me the trial would be on August 15th.
On that day, I travelled all the way from Pathanamthitta to Kottayam for the trial. My brother and I waited in their shop for over 4 hours, but the saree was still not ready.
They then postponed the trial to August 18th. I had no other option but to agree, as I had already made an advance payment of ₹16,800.
Later, I asked them to send me a picture of the completed saree. To my shock, it was a completely different color — I had clearly ordered white, but they had stitched it in skin color.
They admitted it was a mistake from their designer’s side.
Unfortunately, I never received the saree before my wedding. I had to buy another saree at the last minute from Mahalekshmi Silks.
After that, I requested a refund, since the mistake was entirely on their part. Despite calling them 10–15 times, they refused to return my money.
I have all receipts and proof of the payment and communication.
Please be very careful when placing online orders, especially for important events like weddings. Always check vendor reviews, their reliability, and refund policies before making any...
