Monsoon – Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Kerala

I have visited Monsoon multicuisine restaurant many a times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I enjoy the openness of this restaurant, it merges with the reception area. It's a wonderful experience. I keep coming back here to run away from the bustling city crowd and hectic work schedule. This place is quite and warm. The staff are very courteous and look after all needs. I prefer the buffet here as all in the family will find their own likings. The food is good. Adequate parking facility is available. This restaurant is never crowded and you can spend quality time with family. The place is also very photogenic. The breakfast spread had snacks ullivada and uzhunnu vada, Idli sambar, chocos, flakes, baked beans, sausages, croissants, cakes, chole batura, kallappam, veg mappas, chicken curry, pancakes, bread and eggs. took deal from dineout app & went for dinner buffet.. it was okay- ntng fancy or five stary about tis place- i mean food.. setup n everytng else is very luxurious...& d staff is amazing- tey constantly come n ask wat else v need.. tey had achari murgh(liked it),fish masala(liked it), italian wedding soup- chicken(loved it), hakkian noodles(loved it),shahi paneer(absolutely luvd it) ,russian salad(loved it),lucknow chicken biriyani(didnt lik),grilled chicken- starter(liked it) & some other dishes too which was just okay otherwise i wud've remembered their names.. had grape juice- i wud've prefered it sweeter.. also for desserts-- brownie,icecream,& assorted pastries which i didnt find any special about- it was okay- just lik any other normal bakery pastries.. overall it was a gud experience- not best.. but i have to mention d service again- staff is so cordial- especially mr.jeen paul n ms.victoria .. i wud like 2 try their lunch buffet...

EXTREME INCOMPETENCE COUPLED WITH IRRESPONSIBILITY IN TOP MANAGEMENT

We were having a group dinner for about 20 of us so wanted to know the menu for the dinner. Called up the number given and a lady calling herself the “Sales Director” answers the phone and says she will get someone to call me.

It is now more than 12 hours and there has been no call from anyone. Obviously they couldn't care less!!

With such a callous, irresponsible and extremely incompetent attitude we would never step into the place and have warned a few folks about the attitude of this place.

When the Sales Director is itself so EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT and IRRESPONSIBLE one shudders to think of how bad the other staff will be.
