Thank you for arranging an excellent trip and delivering the promised packages with such unparalleled accuracy. Through out the trip all the hotels and facilities you booked were awesome. I still cannot get over the view of our hotel room at Munnar. Looking at the awe-inspiring hill views it felt like the hustle and bustle of the city life has taken away a part of me; always have connected with nature on a personal level. And this time, my love for nature has only grown more.Best part was, the children really enjoyed the Athirapally Waterfalls - It's Magnificent.

Talking about the Hotel staff, they were very hospitable to us; Thank you so much for your service Abdul (Guest Executive), do convey our regards to him. Siji, as a tour coordinator is the best you can ask for, she explained all packages with crystal clear communication. Every day in the morning before starting the day, Siji would come up with a day plan and explain it to us while having breakfast. Its simple, When you have a picture in your mind about how will the travel day turn up, it becomes so much more fun and exciting.

Shaina was very particular about the food and hygiene levels of the hotel we stay in, as we were travelling with elderly parents and children. Thank you again Siji for covering my back; since I was the one doing the booking for our group. We had taken the Cochin, Munnar and Alleppey package from SkyBlu International. Some must visit places we visited were the Athirapally water falls , Munnar Elephant Ride, Echo point, Rajamala trip, Tea Museum , House boat , Vasco de gama Tomb. The House boat experience is a breath taking one, through the picturesque backwaters of Kerala. Thank you Siji for arranging such an excellent trip and being an awesome tour guide. Your presence during the entire trip made everything so smooth & easy for us.Definitely will suggest Skyblu International to our friends and colleagues when we get back home.

Disappointing Experience with SkyBlue International Furniture Mart

I purchased a 6-seater dining table and chairs from SkyBlue International Furniture Mart on 02/10/2023 with a 5-year guarantee. Initially impressed by the showroom display, I was assured of the quality given they claimed to have their own workshops. However, my experience quickly turned sour.

The delivery was expedited, citing potential damage if left in their workshop, which should have been a red flag. Upon receipt, it was evident that the chairs were of poor quality teak wood, filled with putty and wax in most parts. Despite raising concerns, the owner agreed to a replacement, revealing they sourced their products from a vendor named "Rahman."

The replacement chairs arrived, but one had a broken reaper at the back, which I overlooked due to an impending housewarming. Subsequently, upon removing the dining table glass top for installation, a suction cup fell off, revealing extensive use of putty to mask damaged wood parts.

Contacting Skyblue International Furniture Mart yielded little support, with the owner suggesting I either wait for their carpenters to fix it or attempt the repairs myself.

My advice to potential customers is to steer clear of Skyblue International Furniture Mart . The deceptive promises of quality and in-house manufacturing lead to subpar products and unsatisfactory customer service experiences. Save yourself the trouble and consider alternative furniture retailers. Quality should not be compromised when furnishing our homes.

We had booked the Europe on 5th June ending on 19th June. It was a great experience to travel with SkyBlu International. Our Tour Manager was Ms. Thomas. We started from London and ended at Rome. SkyBlu International took care of us on all fronts. The sightseeing covered most of the places one would see while on a tour to Europe.The bus took us around 8 different countries and it covered almost 4000 km. It was a very comfortable and hassle free journey. Breakfast served was continental but Lunch and dinner were at an Indian restaurant. Everytime we visited a new restaurant, we were served with a lavish spread of Indian dishes. Each and every meal was sumptuous and delectable.we were fortunate to visit best of places in each country. The trip was very well planned and executed . We had many like minded people travelers with us and it made the trip more memorable. Our Tour Manager Ms. Thomas took good care of everybody needs. She had a terrific planning skills and managed our itinerary wonderfully. She was well informed and had knowledge about all countries and the places we visited. She would advice us rightly during our shopping expeditions. overall She is a wonderful person and best Tour Manager. We got used to he being around.
