Food is utter tasteless. Not even a single pinch of spices or masala. All the food we ordered became waste. Ordered Chicken 65 which was just plain meat fried in oil and which was not up to the standards. Chicken Lollipop was a disaster with undercooked meat and the quality of meat is also questionable. Alfahm was comparatively OK since atleast it had some pepper remained sticked on to the meat.

Think twice before you opt this restaurant.

Arabic platter is well known for spices and I don't know what's the reason for this much scarcity of spices in munnar.

The quality of kubbos was also not upto the standards.

The worst customer service experience so far in Kerala. Despite having a very less number of customers the staff were very careless and adamant. The grilled chicken came 20 mins after ordering, and the bread that is supposed to be eaten with chicken came after 20 long minutes, that too after repeatedly reminding them. The waiting for food is okay, but to give the curry and the bread 20 to 30 mins apart is unacceptable. The water was also not served,even after asking for it it took about 10 minutes. The WORST customer service. Please...

This was the worst food I’ve ever had. I ordered Pepper Alfam, Chicken Lollipop, and Chicken 65. The Chicken 65 lacked flavor and came in a very small quantity. The Pepper Alfam was overly fried, and the only saving grace was the hint of pepper, making it slightly tolerable. The Chicken Lollipop was extremely disappointing, with hardly any spices in any of the dishes.

Ultimately, all the food we ordered ended up going to waste.

I wouldn’t recommend this...
