Taste The Brews and grills — Restaurant in Kerala

Poor experience along with terrible service. Myself and my friend both had the omelet and toast which was fine. We had to get up twice during our food to ask for things as the servers are never around. Along with that we had also ordered French fries which hadn’t arrived 45 minutes after ordering, so assuming they had been forgotten we asked for the bill. At this point a very angry lady appeared at the table to tell us that we can cancel the fries so we have to pay for them regardless if we have them or not. After paying the bill I made a comment that the service hadn’t been good. The lady then started shouting at us and following us out the cafe shouting. Would not recommend this...

We went there for breakfast ! Tea Is ok! Good and big variety, but nothing special! But the breakfast Was not ok, We didn't try the egg-breakfast but We had cornflakes with fruit : half smal cup of cornflakes, 3 pieces of watermelon, 3slices of banana and 7 pomgranade pieces (not joking, like literally!!!) and When the boss said "the normal fruit salat Is big enough" then We order an extra one, but it Was maybe only 3pieces of watermelon more ! So worst breakfast ever for 150 rupies each!! No value for the money We paid! Ah! And opened fruit keept outside the fridge! The personal Was making joke about us, really not kind!!! I would never raccomend...

This place was very close to our hotel, so decided to give it a try. I’m very glad we did. The food is very cheap for what you get, and we ended up eating breakfast here every morning of our stay as it was so convenient. There’s a nice balcony with a good view, and, it’s run by a woman who cooks everything herself and is very attentive. I had the veggie cheese omelet with toast, and it was delicious. Expect egg, breakfast and tea how you would expected most Indian breakfast places, but had a very, very good price. While we were there, we saw many returning customers...
