We had a horrible experience today. I am not the one who likes providing bad reviews. Should have checked the reviews before going. I wish I could provide 0 stars for service. The kitchen desperately needs a manager who can run the pass. We received the food extremely late. We were given just rice items first and had to cancel our fish after 1 hour. We had also ordered veg food. We just got fried rice and waited for 30 mins before we got gobi, which was inedible as it has loads of pepper. The management should make the decision to shut the restaurant down, and focus on a limited menu with improved food quality. Rather than provide bad service. Very bad service, firstly please stop gazing or entering this hotel. Some flaws in management and staff as follows :

No customer satisfaction, no respect for customer.

Basic item like hot water is not served, need to remind 4 to 5 times about each item.

Staff least bothered About customer's difficulty, Food served late and they do not bother to tell customer about why it is so late. Took 45 minutes for food to serve.

Quantity wise very less, no extras allowed.

5.Have seen customers going in angrily due to scarce food at high expense.

Pathetic service. I had lunch at this restaurant on 15 Nov 20. The cost of buffet lunch was 300. Several dishes were empty once we entered the restaurant like fish curry, chicken, payasam, etc. There were another family group members of about 20 people also in the restaurant at the time. The manager kept telling "please wait, please wait" only. I had to wait for another 10-15 minutes to top up my food.
