Terrible. Went in and sat down and waited about 15-20 mins for someone to even acknowledge our existence however no one came by. No orders taken. Other customers arguing with staff for not taking orders. There were like 4 tables waiting for orders ti be taken. Understaffed We ended up getting up and leaving as no one came to take an order. The owners and managers managerial skills are clearly terrible and they obviously don’t have the skills to successfully run the restaurant. Maybe start with getting more staff and actually training them on customer...

Had lunch with my son-Fried rice and chicken 65 boneless-arround 1430 hrs ... Fried rice taste good 👍 Chicken 65 not satisfied Not much food options was available.

When I requested Half portion they didnt served -Especially when you travel with your kids I believe they should consider that option.

No card swipe facilities available.👎 Restroom clean and nice 👍. Atmosphere 👍

And lastly when they received a group of visitors -around 17 I believe-i would say they completely ignored us and we couldn't oder anything further.

Worst Customer service.Their behaviour is rude especially a Tamil guy.Waited for more than one hour after ordering Chilly chicken and fried rice.Dont have seniority serving.They serve as they wish.When I asked him the food;He rudely talked to me.I simply left the hotel.
