Cafe Black Beach — Restaurant in Kerala

We visited this place for lunch and had the worst experience. We made a reservation to make sure that we need not wait and when we reached and took a table there was no one to even attend to the table. It took almost 20 mins for a waiter to come to our table and even before taking the order he said it will take time to serve the food. And he made us wait for an hour after taking the order and when we checked again he very casually replied I told you already it's gonna take time. So does it take more than a n hour to just serve an omelette and onion rings? They were least bothered. Someone from the management definitely needs to check on their staffs customer service skills and training them. Else they are gonna end up losing customers. It was a very bad service and the food was unhygenic. We ordered fried rice and butter chicken from here. We got not one but lots of hair strands from the fried rice. I informed the waiter and he changed the fried rice that was served first and bought a new one which was having lesser quantity. We should have left the place in the first chance itself. The sad thing is that they did not even apologize for their fault. Atrocious ! Dirty !...
