Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this KFC branch. We came in to have a meal, but first had to wait in a long queue. Just when we were about to order, we were told the system had crashed and were directed to use the self-service kiosks instead.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the meal options we were looking for, so we asked a staff member for help. She was already assisting someone else, but when we asked about the meal options, she said she didn’t know. It was surprising and frustrating to hear that someone working at KFC didn’t know how to help with basic ordering. She asked another staff member, who also seemed clueless.
None of them were helpful, and there was no guidance or support. It was really annoying because we were hungry and just wanted to order food—and if the system crashes, there should at least be a proper way to assist customers. Sadly, that wasn’t...
Read moreI placed a takeaway order from this shop for 12 big pieces of chicken, but it took more than 15 minutes to deliver. When I got home and opened the package, I noticed that only the top 5-6 pieces were good. The remaining pieces were very small. I felt embarrassed in front of my guests.
I tried contacting the shop via phone, but the number didn’t work. I also raised a concern with KFC customer care, and they assured me that the shop would contact me within 15 minutes. However, I haven’t received any response yet.
